4th Lymphedema Care Forum

The 4th Lymphedema Care Forum, is sponsored by the Lymphedema Information Support Group (LISG) of the Ginger K Center (www.gingerkcenter.com) of Morgan Hill, California 95037. Over 21,000 (plus) invitations are being sent out; however, only the first 250 to sign-up will be able to attend. 

Highlights of the Presentations Inlude:

  • Directional Flow Garments – Why, When and How They’re Used in Treating Lymphedema,
  • Treatment of wounds with Hyperbaric Medicine,
  • A New Kind of Gradient Sequential Pneumatic Pumping System,

  • Case Study of an  Infant with Klippel Trenaunay Complicated by Primary Lymphedema.

The Exhibitors

Exhibitors will be displaying products, and services, for not only specialized lymphedema care, but also those that aid in total patient wellness:  intimate apparel such as bras, prostheses and wigs; specialized cancer care products; skin and wound care products; new designs in lymphedema garments, ready-made & custom; special dietary aids and nutritional support; progress reports in lymphedema research; new technology in the treatment of lymphedema, wound and skin care; Bio-inert surgical implants for all body parts 

Admission

General admission is $25.00/person and includes: continental breakfast and finger foods throughout the day, lymphedema care packet, free parking, and access to miscellaneous exhibitors’ handouts.  You will receive final Forum brochure and program 2 months prior to the Forum.  

CEU’s - are available to to RN’s, PT’s, OT’s and lymphedema therapists who attend the Forum. The cost of admission, plus a CEU certificate, is $39.00 for professionals. (9 contact hours)
