I was wondering what is the best temperture to perform aquatic exercise? Is a pool with therapeutic warmth okay? How long would you stay in a warm pool?

I read somewhere about water temperatures.
For those with lymphedema, the water should NOT be more than 94° F (34.4° C).
For gentle exercises, the water should be 94° F (34° C) or slightly less. I believe this is considered to be therapeutic temperature.
For strenous exercises, such as swimming laps, the water should be between 68° F (20° C) and 86° F (30° C).
