I have been recently diagnosed about 2 months ago and am now questioning whether I should get pregnant. The research I have found (although very minimal) makes it seem like Lymphedema is made much worse by pregnancy and that sometimes the swelling that pregnancy brings on does not totally go away after the pregnancy. I have also read that it is a 50/50 chance that you can give this to your child. Does anyone have experience or insight on how pregnancy has been while having Lymphedema?

I understand your wanting to know and here is a resource for you. Lymph Notes member "mlesant" asked a similar question in a posting titled "Pregnancy and Primary LE" and she received some wonderful answers.
To find that posting, go to the members list on the forum page. Click on M and find her name MSLESANT on the 4th page. Then click on search to find a link to these postings.

P.S. Another approach is to go to Forums, Live with Lymphedema, Living with Primary Lymphedema, and (finally) the posting "Pregnancy and Lymphedema."

The Lymph Notes article
Pregnancy and Primary Lymphedema (http://www.lymphnotes.com/article.php/id/305/) is an excellent resource. It contains valuable information and helpful tips.
