lymphedema from the waist down

Im' wondering has anyone ever checked into European cures as the time spans for knowledge are more hopeful. It seems to me that there is too many political obstacles to overcome in America! This disease really distorts the body. Im' looking for alternatives that will help to manage this problem. Its' just not in both my legs, its' basically has distorted me from the waist down & effects my breathing also. Just enjoy talking to others that have the same conditions. Its' rough for myself as I was only a size 7-8, but now I wear an 18! This condition really has altered everything I do. I was totally atheleted as I was a trainer, masseusse, & herbologist. I did workout 7days a week. Its' ironic that I was going to school when I was bitten by 4 deadly spiders. I thank God every day that Im' still alive. This condition also left me with a lifelong infection, too! Its called meticillian restricted staphococculas aureus. Ive' seen a specialist who deals with spider bites! Interesting isnt' it... Well dont' mean to be so drawn out here but there isnt' many solutions for myself as im' allergic to all those drugs that doctors like to write. Im' happy about that also as im' not a firm believer on them, too many side effects! Im' really curious if ill' ever be able to go out dancing again as I like to really tear-up the dance floor!

I went to the Wittlinger/Vodder clinic in Walchsee Austria last summer and it was great! I had two one hour sessions of MLD a day and did two excercise classes a day (about a half hour each, and they were light excercises). In three weeks I lost two litres from my leg (I have primary LE in my right leg). I think they also have a pump which you can use if you want and something to break up really bad fibrosis. They also have someone who does chinese medicine. Let me know if you want more details!

Funny thing happened to me on the way to the hospital, I couldn't breath and I actually stopped breathing. Docs worked for 18hours on me and could not find a reason for my breathing difficuly. I was on a respirator and they said I had congenital heart but the tests didn't prove that to be true. After 4 days I was discharged and came back a day later. This happened for a month and as quickly as it started it ended. Why, noone knows. My docs don't believe in LE either. but I have a bad case from the waist down including down there. I am aimlessly searching for help but not finding any.
