Wow, I was really surprised to read your post. I thought I was the only one with lymphedema after melanoma treatment. My melanoma was on my upper arm and they removed the lymph nodes under my arm.

I’m getting good treatment now, and that MLD feels nice like a massage. Can’t say I’m wild about wearing a ReidSleeve! But when I see some of the other people in the clinic, I figure I’m real lucky.

I can still do most of the stuff I really like to do, including saltwater fishing (with a hat and sunscreen). Do you like to fish?

No, you're definitely not alone on the LE, and MM front.
Mine was a mole on my left calf, and eventually moved to the left inguinal region. After my 1st surgery, I had lower extremity, LE.
I've since had more surgeries, with the loss of more nodes.
