Lymph Notes has added a new section to the "Resource Directory" (on the home page). The purpose of this new section is to help you find a support group in your area.

If you know of a support group that should be listed, please let us know. We'd be delighted to include them in the listing.

Listed support groups are invited to use this forum to post up-to-date meeting information.

If you have questions, please contact me!

What type of doctor would you see to diagnose this?

Lymphedema is usually diagnosed by the patient's primary care physician or oncologist. Many physicians are not too familiar with lymphedema and if there is a question about the diagnosis, you should request a referral to a qualified lymphedema therapist for a consultation.

How do I find this resource directory? I just joined Lymph Notes and have not yet learned how to navigate the website.

Paul.

There are two easy ways to find the Resource Directory -- and they are both on the home page.

One way is to look in the orange bar near the top of the page. Find the heading (toward the left side), click on it -- and you are there.

Another way is to read the information on the home page. There is a link in the list of services.

We hope you'll keep exploring. There are many great features in Lymph Notes.
