Drugs? Herbs?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone out there has had much
luck taking drugs or herbs to help reduce the lymphedema
swelling.

In particular I am looking at the possible bennefits of Horse
Chestnut.

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
