Sleep Well
Based on everything I have read about wearing knit garments while sleeping, this is NOT RECOMMENDED! These garments are designed to be worn while you are active but not while you are sleeping.
To be on the safe side, while your night garment is away being adjusted, wrap your legs at night but do not wear you knit garment either over or under the bandages. Best Wishes, Ann |

Yes i have heard that these garments are not good for you while sleeping and hope you have got it and wear when you are in movement and awaking but put off while sleeping.

Whatever you do, don't sleep with your garment on!
Ha, one time I acciedentally slept with my garment on and I could hardly walk the next day! The heel of my foot was completely numb but somehow really painful. So definatly don't wear it to bed. I just use my wrappings, or massage really well that night and let it try to work through my system during sleep. But some people get swollen over night too, everyone is different, so far I have been lucky with that. Thank God
