hello, I have read all the helpful suggestions and now I realize that you cannot go without your compression garments for a few hours while you lazily get your day going. It has been over 9 months since my diagnosis now. I am coping much better. I am now (this summer) retiring from teaching. Maybe someday I will do some tutoring.
