Glossary definition--

hydrotherapy
In American English this term means applying a form of water to the body for therapeutic purposes that often includes the addition of herbs or oils and may be accompanied by a wrap. In British English, this term is used as a synonym for aquatic therapy. See Water Exercises for Lymphedema.
