lymphangitis

Glossary definition--

lymphangitis
An infection of the lymphatic vessels that is often associated with cellulitis. The symptoms include red streaks from the infected area to the armpit or groin, fever, pain, headache, and enlarged lymph nodes. Immediate treatment is required.
