yellow nail syndrome
A condition that is characterized by yellow nails that lack a cuticle, grow slowly, and are loose or partially detached from the free edge. This condition is believed to be caused by congenital abnormalities in the lymphatic system and is associated with primary lymphedema; however, it is also frequently is associated with lung disease.
