Rehab Connection is a hospital-based outpatient rehab facility that has been providing lymphedema management and education programs since 2004. Treatment for both upper and lower extremity lymphedema and chronic edema is provided by qualified lymphedema therapists; however, a doctor's referral is required for participation in the program.

A community support group is offered at Rehab Connection quarterly, the last Tuesday of the month.Support group meetings usually feature a guest speaker on lymphedema related topics. Please telephone 504-349-6140 for more information.
