Body Holistics is the many faceted practice maintained by Ruth Coopee. Although the clinical aspect of her practice is not specific to the treatment, it is dedicated to the treatment of individuals of all ages to support a harmony between Body, Mind and Spirit.

Ruth is a world wide recognized expert in the use of Elastic Sports Taping (formerly known as kinesio tape. This versatile product has been proven to be extremely helpful in the treatment of lymphedema.
