Upon initiating treatment at Timberlane Physical Therapy, each breast cancer patient receives a thorough evaluation by a certified lymphedema therapist.  Based on the examination, the physical therapist identifies specific problems, plans a comprehensive treatment program and determines a basis for measuring our patient's progress.  Our programs are carefully planned to give our patients the ability to successfully manage their conditions on their own.

Complete Decongestive Therapy, in conjunction with manual lymphatic drainage, compression, skin care, and exercise can improve comfort, mobility, healing and function.  Patients experience increased activity and improved quality of life.
