Glossary definition--

axillary web syndrome
a condition in which there is the formation of tight cords of tissue that extend from the middle of the axilla (arm pit) on the upper surface of the affected arm to the antecubital fossa, which is the triangular area where the elbow bends. See Understanding Axillary Web Syndrome.
