The mission of the BC Lymphedema Association is to be the BC provincial resource for promoting healthy, and hopeful, living for those with lymphedema.

This organization was founded in 2006, by a small group of individuals with lymphedema and their MLD therapist. As of June 2009, we have:

• Become a registered Society in the province of BC.
• Been granted charitable status by the federal government.
• Established a growing website.
• Published the first issue of our newsletter "In the Flow."

Visitors are welcome to our website and to become an active partners in helping us in reaching the potential of our mission statement.
