The Southern Maine Medical Center provides a wide range of services including the treatment of lymphedema. outpatient Lymphedema Management and complete Decongestive Therapy. The clinic where  these treatments are provided is located on the 1st floor of the hospital at 1 Medical Center Drive, in Biddeford, ME 04005.

The full range of treatments include Manual lymph drainage massage, compression bandaging, exercise and education, scar tissue management, skin and wound care, compression garment use for long-term management.
