GETTING AROUND

• STORIES: Are located in the upper right corner of the home page where is a colorful picture that is known as a rotator. Click on the photo and the story will appear on the home page.
  If you would like to tell your story, the instructions for sumitting it are included in this section.  
• TABLE OF CONTENTS: If you are looking for information on a particular topic, go to the orange bar across the home page and find "ARTICLES." Explore the listing of articles in alphabetical order.
• Lymphedema Information lists articles by category topics.
• The A Table of Contents is an alphabetical listing of all the articles posted on Lymph Notes.
• The Lymphedema Glossary contains an extensive list of lymphedema related terms with definitions and links to related articles.

THE LYMPHEDEMA RESOURCES DIRECTORY

The “Lymphedema Resources” heading is located in the orange bar near the top of the home page. By clicking on this you can access to listings of the following resource groups:

• Lymphedema Treatment: Treatment facilities organized by state.
• Lymphedema Professionals: Lymphedema professionals who have registered with the Lymph Notes team.
• Lymphedema Garments: Information about vendors who sell a variety of lymphedema garments and compression supplies.
• Other Resources: Supplies, such as pumps, that do not fit under other headings are listed here.
• Support Groups: You can have a free listing of information about your local support list here by simply  contacting Ann by e-mail at ann@lymphnotes.com for instructions.  
• Therapist Training: This is a list of the approved lymphedema therapist training programs. This information is valuable when you are questioning the qualifications of a therapist.

FORUMS AND MEMBERSHOP

• To visit to the forums click on the “Lymph Notes Forums” heading found in the orange bar of the home page. Visitors are welcome to read the interesting stories, questions, and tips posted here by Lymph Notes members..
• Posting on the forums is a “members only” feature; however you are invited to become a member.
• To become a member click on “sign up now!” in the bottom left corner of the home page. Registration is free and your member information is confidential. You will be notified when your membership has been confirmed.
• Members are encouraged to post messages and stories; however before posting on a forum, a member must log-in. This can be done at the bottom left of the home page or bottom right of the forums page.
• Searching forums for a specific term is easy. To learn more about how to use the Lymph Notes Forums search feature, read the article Lymph Notes Search Function.
